Week 448 - 6 years & 1 year

 11/8-11/14

• Harper is almost growing out of her 18 month pj but 24 months are still to big.
• Harper says hi, up, book, cup, mom, Dad, Lyla (yaya), ought oh & she waves.
• We all went through a little virus.. runny nose, cough which didn’t help with anyone’s sleep.
• Lyla still hasn’t lost her next baby tooth & her adult tooth is growing in.
• Covid cases are on the rise again and looks like we are moving back into a lock down.  I even have to wait outside of the grocery store because there are store capacities which is very crazy.  It’s still crazy to have to wear a mask or having to worry about remembering to pack one.  They still cannot figure out a vaccine or what’s really going on with it.

Week 447 - 6 years & 1 year

 11/1-11/07

• Harper (almost 14 months) went from taking a couple steps to full on running this week.  
• Harper now says: Lyla, ought oh, huh, hi, book & she is getting much better at waving hi & bye.
• She is still not sleeping through the night :( 
• Still no luck with Lyla wiggling her baby tooth to make room for the adult tooth growing behind. 
• Harper also now points at what she wants and will be clear when she doesn’t want something.
• Lyla read Green Eggs & Ham all by herself twice this week!! She is doing awesome with reading.  Her teacher says she’s on par for her age.  Her speech teacher also said she’s ahead in some parts in her speech and on par for the rest which is huge.
• This week was a mini heat wave... 60s & mid 70s.  
• Biden won the presidential election over Trump.  Hoping there will be change and restructuring because it’s a mess right now. Nervous there will be riots of trump supports over the coming days or when he leaves office. 
• We are still on lock down with Covid... now there are curfews & even stricter mask policies again.  Numbers are going up and it’s getting scary again.  Very sad that the holidays won’t be the same this year...
• Couldn’t wait & decorated for Xmas on 11/1.
