Week 143 - 2 Year 8 Months

Happy St. Patricks Day

• We got snowed in again with 16" of snow Tuesday into Wednesday.
• Lyla spiked a 103 temp Wednesday night. Went to the Dr on Thursday and found out she had an ear infection and a virus that caused the temp spike. 
• We celebrated St. Paddy's day at home with green chocolate chip pancakes.
• Lyla has been doing so well in her big girl bed and hasn't scared me awake again.. i'm waiting for it though.
• Her speech just keeps getting better.  She is up to 4-5 word sentences
• We celebrated Grandpa Thayer's birthday at home this year. I cooked for grandpa and auntie Katie.

 

Week 142 - 2 Years 8 Months

3/5-3/11

Went to the Great Wolf Lodge in Fitchburg, MA.  We had a blast!  They have 2 indoor waterparks, arcade, bowling, rope courses, mini golf, magic quests, and much more.  We spend most of our time at the waterparks and the arcade as Lyla was still a little to young for the other items. Lyla was very brave and went down all the water slides.. it was a little sad seeing how grown up she is getting.  At night for the kids they host a PJ dance party and Lyla danced her heart out.  Can't wait go to back next winter.
