Week 78 - 17 months

12/27-1/2

-Happy New Year

-Lyla has learned to get up on the couch

-went up in sneaker size to a 6

-fed herself an entire yogurt using a spoon

-we all got sick again at the same time. All sneezing and coughing. 

Week 77 - 17 months - Merry Christmas

I I I I 12.20-12.26

-Lyla has said her first "why"

-LOVES opening presents 

-finally started to feel better after her cold

-we hosted our first Christmas Eve in our new home and it went very well

-the weather had been unbelievably warm. We walked outside without coats to see the neighbors Xmas lights.

-lylas favorite Xmas presents are her books. I'm so glad she lets us read to her now before bed

-aunt doro and uncle Matt watched Lyla while mom and dad went on a date.

-was spoiled at the Xmas daycare party!

Week 76 - 17 months

12.13-12.19

-Lyla shared her cold with mom and on Sunday I went to urgent care. Ear infection with laryngitis. 

-Lyla went back to the Drs Monday because she was still pulling on her ear and not wanting to lay down. Infection was gone but there was still fluid draining.

-dad thinks he's starting to get it now...(tues night)

-Lyla started giving kisses on your face and even says mwah while she's doing it

-saw Santa! Mommy was more excited than Lyla was 

-had Christmas with gramma Deaton and got a shopping cart. She loves taking all of the food out and passing it out to people

Week 75 - 17 months

12.6-12.12

-Lylas cold turned into a double ear infection and sinus infection. Poor kid was a mess. Her eyes were almost swollen shut.

-she started giving kisses which is SOO adorable

-grandpa Todd & auntie Katie watched Lyla while mom And dad went to a party

-the houses in our neighborhood are very decorates for Christmas so we took a walk. Lyla really loved the lights "woah, waz dat"

-got all of the "greats" together for pictures..
