Week 13

10/12-10/18

• Played with Brandon's toy's on football sunday, come out come out brandon!
• BIG belly laughs happened this week.
• Starting the motion of rolling over, any day now she will kick hard enough to follow through.
• She has learned she has fingers and has now started putting those in her mouth vs just bringing her hands up to her mouth.
• Brandon Kevin Chagnon was born on friday @ 330am, we got to meet him on sunday.
• Started sleeping in her crib Friday night. Went pretty well actually.. i'm starting to get a little more sleep and i'm letting her put her self to self.
• Went to our little monsters boo bash on Saturday. Some of the centering mom's go together with the babies all dressed up. it was soo adorable.

Week 12

10/4-10/11

 

HAPPY 3 MONTH BIRTHDAY!

• Second week of daycare went great.
• Sleeping at night hasn't been as good.. wakes up an hour after being put down and was restless around 3am..
• Lyla has started to focus on her hands and is starting to grab/pick up things on her own and keep them in her hands for a few seconds.
• Hasn't been a biggest fan of long tummy time sessions although i thought a couple times she was going to roll her self over..
• The drooling continues.. don't think I see any teeth just yet.. still should be way to early.
• Gramma came to hang out on 10/4 so mommy and dad could go to Lauren's wedding.
• Had her first football sunday with Chagnon on sunday.  Just waiting on Brandon to arrive so Lyla will have a football buddy.

Week 11

9/27-10/3

 

• We tagged lyla's first Christmas tree and climbed Mt. Sugarloaf in Hadley.
• Lyla's first day of daycare
• Mom did really good and didn't cry when leaving her.
• Of course I called to check in and I found out that she screamed for almost an hour and that broke my heart.
• Things have gotten alot better at daycare.
• Daycare sends emails to all of us with a midday check up which is really nice and then lyla gets a report card at the end of the day. 
• Very low key week as we all are adjusting to a morning routine.
