Week 89 - 20 months

3/13-3/19

-Lyla is going through a growth spurt all of the sudden and eating everything.

-saw the Easter bunny this week.. Didn't want to sit next to him without mom

-Lyla really loves helping putting away the groceries 

-Lyla threw a tantrum this week because I said all done with her pre dinner snack.. I couldn't help but laugh and how theatrical it was.

-we went to Thomas Sullivan's first birthday party and Lyla was great

-starting saying daddy and referring to Andy

-I burnt my hand this week on hot water. Lucky I only had to wear a bandage for a few days and everything healed

-we visited grandpa for his birthday 

Week 88 - 20 months

3/6-3/12

-Happy 20 month birthday!!

-lyla likes bubbles

-it was 70 this week and we got to play outside

-more teeth must be coming because Lyla is drooling a lot

-dad was away for a couple days so it was just girl time.

-says mama and is actually referring to me!! 

-said wait one day when I was dropping her off at daycare. Broke my heart.

-gramma and auntie Katie came over for dinner on Friday 

-we went to Stanley park on Wednesday and she ran into the swing and got a boo boo near her eye

Week 87 -19 months

2/28-3/5

-Lyla came down with an awful cold. High temp of 103.9 with cough and tummy ache. No sleep in our house this week.

-she still loves to "color color color" she will walk all around till she finds her notebook and crayons. Cannot wait for the Easter bunny to come with new crayons. 

-I've lost a total of 7.5 lbs since Jan which is great

-tried peanut butter and jelly this week and loved it

Week 86 - 19 months

2/21-2/27

-new word this week was"tad dah"

-got another cold :(

-we visited uncle Matt and aunt Dorothy for the day.

-had her first piece of steak and asparagus 

-still enjoys coloring "color color color"

-fingers were back in her mouth.. More teeth coming 

-mom had a hard week at work, massive layoffs happened. I was lucky.

-I'm thinking about signing Lyla up for gymnastics at Roots.
