10/13-10/19
- Harper turned 1 month old on Sunday 10/13.
- Sunday we were supposed to have visitors (uncle Matt & Vienna) but Vienna got sick on the way over so :(. Hoping over the next few weeks to reschedule.
- Daddy went back to work this week. Monday was a holiday so I had both girls alone all day. Wow. Harper was not happy and wanted mom all day and poor Lyla didn’t get much of mommy. We played hair salon (her favorite. You have to create a back story for your character, walk into the salon, tell where your going which helps determine what hair do) for about 45 mins only :(. I mean I guess there is a good lesson about patience she’s learning but still was bummed we didn’t get a little more time during naps.
- Harper had her 1 month check up and she’s 10lb 7 oz and 22 inches long. We increased her dosage of the reflux meds as it’s not fully doing the job yet. She having more good moments this week though.
- Friday Harper & mommy went to Worcester to have her ear looked at. Not sure yet what it is so next Friday we go back to have a part removed to learn more.
- Lyla is doing so good in school. She’s counting up to 100, learning how to add & subtract and even how to graph!
- Dance was much better this week. Ms. Erin was back. Learned the girl who was the most vocal about not liking Lyla also has autism but with different struggles,
