Merry Christmas

• Babies 1st Christmas was a success!!
• Lyla has started picking up toys on her own and holding them for a little bit.
• she's getting really good at putting everything in her mouth
• starting to get very interested in what we have and wants it.. can't wait till her 6mo apt so we can get the okay to start on foods.
• Lyla has also started to pull her self up into a sitting position when holding onto your fingers.
• We went to lunch with Evan and lyla sat in a restaurant high chair on her own.
• This week we also sat our final farewell to Ken.

Week 22

12.14-12.20

RIP Ken Brach 12.19.14

 

 

• Unfortunately Ken was not waking up on his own and based on what the Dr's were telling us we decided to let Ken go to a better place and to end his suffering.
• Lyla has been a great distraction and allowing us to celebrate Ken and is helping us get through this tough time.
• We celebrated Lyla's first Christmas with Gramma.
• She is getting even more interesting in what we are doing.. can't wait for her 6 month apt.
• She definitely had a growth spurt because all of the sudden her 6mo jammies aren't fitting any longer.
